Getting ready for archery season this Wednesday. Was hoping some bulls would have shown up by now. But looks like three spikes and a couple cows. I'll take a cow, not a problem. Just wish there were more around. I added one more camera a couple weeks ago. With the new camera you can see my blind in the background.

First time i put my cam out i only strapped it to the tree with the weenie strap it came with... the elk gnawed all over it moved it around. Next set of pics i have all I got to see were hooves haha. I strap that sucker in with a ratchet strap now... a little more aminal proof at least. They were all over that thing. Everytime i put it out.

Elk do like to rub on, lick, and mess with cameras in general. I often end up with elk hair and mud on my cameras. Haven't had elk destroy any cameras yet though. But I have had a couple damaged by bears.
