Went out for a morning hunt today with my cousin and his friend. We got 14 birds

That is awesome! I hope to be doing that next week sometime. I like the pyramid shape of birds you got going on there.

Is this a stack of pintails?

Pintails dont have orange bills.

If you took offense to my question, I apologize. It was shorter than I would of liked. I was just rushed. Let me refrase my question - nice mixed bag of birds by the way. What all did you shoot? Mostly puddle ducks? Where did you find your success? Over water, in the fields, jump shooting, decoys?
I haven't shot a pintail in three years - thats why I asked. I was just hoping to spur a conversation.
Regardless - looks like you and your two hunting buddies had a blast.
God bless,
Brad.

I could be wrong here with the quality of the picture but there seems to be a few grebes in there.

Looks like widgeon, pinnies and mallard hens. Sorry brad i misunderstood, lots of guys lookin to bust guys for to many of a species. My fault.

1 pintail 5 mallard hens and 8 widgeon. We were hunting in a flooded field with full bodies and water deeks. We had a great time!

I hope you have enough room on your truck's antenna for all those heads. :chuckle:
Good score!
