I know I am hunting with a bit of a different canon than you guys do, but I sure had a lack of action yesterday. Cold and windy..... very few woodies, I am not sure I filmed any actually.

3 yrs ago maybe, it froze up tight like this with no snow and no weather. That year, alot of the birds on the east side seemed to just keep going. It kinda feels that way this year as well. I think its all going to be big water shooting. Nice drake tho

Probably all rafting on the Columbia. We went from t shirts in November to froze solid, almost overnight.

We hope for cold weather to move the birds but when it hits us as hard as we want it to hit up north, it pushes the birds straight on thru. Maybe it'll warm up a bit to open up some water before the entire migration comes thru. Otherwise it's going to happen darn fast and be over with in the blink of an eye.
