Thats the debate in my head.
I can get the Bushnell 3.5-21x50x34mm DMR from a buddy who is selling a lightly used one in G2 for $800.
Paying market value for a new Vortex 4-16. so about $900ish
I really dont care for vortex reticles except in LRS/ EBR-2, but dont dial windage much anyhow so could/will get over it.
I would want FFP, exposed turrets, and prefer solid clicks on the turret....
If I were you, and you were I......
Which would you buy and why?
Thanks,
WB

Mil/Mil is a must. (What I learned on, and use for work).

You should call vortex and submit your Idaho guide license. They give a pretty good discount. That's what I did. It's going to make my purchase for viper hd's a little more affordable.

What Vortex Scope is it that you'd like to have?

Out of those two options and the price points given for each, go with the Bushnell. You get more travel, good turrets, good reticle and from what I've seen has better glass than the 4-16 PST.

Thanks gents...
I like em both, but on a hunting rifle weight is a concern. So is having a good piece of glass though....
