Did the unit price of antlers just pass the price of gold...? :yike:

I guess like anything, they are worth what someone will pay for them. They are worth about 12 bucks to me, delivered.
I have an old chocolate lab in my back yard. He picks up and chews on old sheds once in a while. He also only likes to *censored* at the neighbors. The first thousand bucks gets him.

Wow! I could buy a lot of antler for $5,000! (Instead of a dog)
And if I did that I wouldn't have to pick up dog crap out of my back yard every day.

It's not that difficult to train your own dog to hunt sheds, but it does take time. If you don't have the time, your going to have to pay and I've seen prices for well-trained shed dogs go for $7,000.
