Tried to make a decoy, got a free form at a coyote derby from some hunters who had this as there mascot on the back of their rig. I pulled old fur off, fixed a couple broken legs, and patched quite a few shotgun pellet holes. There is one BIG flaw. Can you spot it. Pick it apart, I have tough skin and didn't put much effort into the project.

Right hind leg a bit short?
BTW BIG flaw on that pheasant right under the yote. Body is way too flat to be realistic. Pose needs some work also ;)

True, does have a short hind leg, but not the biggest flaw:)
Have fun with this one.
That's my roadkill pheasant, the asphalt tan worked well!!

You used cat eyes?

BINGO! A buddy had a set that were not up to his standard so in they went. Have yet to get a yote to decoy to it yet. About the only thing I will probably bring in with him is a 'road Hunter'!

Well I hope you film it. That would be funny! Maybe get a recording that yells out "you missed...try again" :chuckle:
