Post by: Bofire on January 24, 2014, 09:30:42 AM: four days each way shipping, one day at the factory. I called them before I sent it, they gave me a work order number, and emailed a form. They sent me an email when they got it, called me asked me if they could do anything else. shipped it the next day and sent me an email with tracking number etc. NO CHARGE!

You can get an auxiliary speaker if you need more decibels. I have one for mine but rarely use it. Unless it's a windy day, you don't need it! :twocents:
