Its been a while since I loaded up the smoker so I invited a few friends over and filled the smoker with elk roast beans peppers and some brats and spuds

Looks great............

I try to throw some spuds in if I have room. I rub olive oil and seasoning on them and smoke away. If they don't get cooked all the way the better. Great for breakfast, potato salad or just a baked potatoes. Last in the fridg. Good luck.

Huey, looking good.  What did you stuff the peppers with?  I just bought one of those pepper-holder-doohickey things and am anxious to try it.
