what's up with the pile of corn?
-
ducks like corn. :IBCOOL:

We had a talk with a warden on Saturday in the Tri-Cities and according to him there is no set distance that you have to be away from "bait". It is up to the discretion of the CO and we all know, there's no enforcement on the Indian Rez around here.
I wish I could've hunted with him on Saturday to get those extra points, but that's alright, these birds can't go through these bags of corn fast enough!

Yeah i was actually hunting a little piece of water right next to the feed... They had no interest in the corn but rather really wanted to land in the pond for some reason. I am sure the amount of food was not a factor. :dunno:
I have to post my birds from sunday as well... i'll get a picture up shortly.

7 more mallards and a goose 13 points?

Actually hunting ducks over bait is a Federal crime and you can be punished, even if on a reservation, because of the federal laws that protect waterfowl. I don't want to start something but maybe you should be careful with what you post on the internet, maybe leave the corn part out?
