Title: 7MM R.U.M. What Do you think?
Post by: gottatree on February 28, 2014, 12:03:48 PM: I'm looking to add a new rifle to the safe. I have been looking at the 7 R.U.M. and was positive I needed one and now I'm not so sure. What are peoples thoughts on this gun?

I was in the boat and bought the 300 RUM.

Post by: Ironhead on February 28, 2014, 06:14:52 PM: I have a 7mm RUM, it's my go to Deer rifle. The factory barrel was killing deer, way, way out there. I just recently brought in to Benchmark to put a new barrel on it with a few other mods.

Post by: jjhunter on February 28, 2014, 06:52:02 PM: I shot a factory Remington bdl for a couple of years. It was very accurate and hell on deer. I chrono'd factory 140 partitions at 3490.
