Hope your camped out on him till he drops!!!!!!

Doesn't look like he's gonna be around much longer if he doesn't put some meat on those bones. Jeeze, it doesn't look like there's any backstraps at all. :yike:

Looks like the drop could be to his knees, let him be, it is tough out there.

:yeah: I thought that too. Looks pretty lean. Hope he makes it, he sure needs some good meals. A dandy bull for sure, good luck big fellow.

I didn't see him last night. I wonder if they finally dispatched him. I doubt he got out alive. He was a hurting unit.
-
I'm assuming this bull doesn't move to far? I was with muleyslayer when he took the pic. The bull did not look good at all!

The story behind this bull is that it was struck by a state trooper about 3 weeks ago, he's in pretty bad shape but last I heard was still feeding and might just survive, its located on private property now

need to haul out some alfalfa and some mineral blocks to him, maybe post up and keep the predators away from him until he gets some strength back :dunno: how does a state trooper run into an elk :dunno: probably to busy messn around on the damn computer instead of keeping his eyes on the dang road :dunno:

or talking on there cell phone. I see that all the time. Someone should keep track of that bull so he does not get poached.

He managed to avoid being smucked several other times. He was hanging right on the road. He is also in wolf central. (saw one a couple miles from him Saturday). I think his hip is crushed. Tough bugger. I am surprised a tribal boy didn't load him up whole standing next to pavement and all.

I drove by where the photo was taken on Tuesday and i didnt see any sign of him. Hopefully the old guy is still hanging around. :dunno:
