Title: Klickitat Area Lodging

I'm heading into the Klickitat area for hunting this spring. I'm looking for some basic lodging for rent. Hotel, Cabin, a spare RV. Close to the Hills where the birds live.
If you have any suggestions or contacts it would be helpful.

Post by: Jester052 on March 26, 2014, 06:15:34 PM: I have been down to Klickitat several times and I would stay in Goldendale at the Days Inn. Be sure to tell them that you are there for business and they will give you an extra discount. I have also used Adventure Outdoors and the Zollers are great people. I don't know if the offer rooms without a hunt. But they are right on the Klickitat river in Boss Tom territory.

Good luck on the upcoming season, hope you get a bird. The last couple years have had some adverse weather for the opener to say the least. From below freezing temps to sunshine. Either way coming quick ! Get ready.

Post by: skinzner on March 27, 2014, 11:32:56 AM: there is a gas station in town which has two rooms for rent. I think it is called the klickitat trader. They are small but they do the trick. I think they are around $60 a night. Next door is huntingtons steak house and the food is really good and they have rainier on tap
