Hurt the pocket but hopefully its worth it. Wasnt able to pick up the frame for it yet but that will be in the next few weeks (hopefully)
Shipping date isnt even set untill 4/29 anyways so no hurry :tup: So stoked! Went with the highlander color.

Your not cool unless you go Multicam 8)lol there's no option for multicam with the dt3 Just foliage green, Coyote brown, and Highlander. I didnt want a plain colored one so I went highlander! Atleast its a kryptik pattern.
I was kinda stoked to tell you to but I could find the thread where we had the conversation before about them. The frames gonna hurt even more, I think I'm gonna go with the bikini.

I swear I saw something on their fb page the other day about their black duplex frames on clearance for 20% off :dunno: Can't quite remember as I just skim most stuff. I didn't even know they made one in black. Not my first choice in color but hell if its got a good discounted price on it I could live with it.Im gonna get the highlander bikini with the double stitched tactical belt.

Nice! That will be a nice, light, run and gun rig right there! If your bag has as much extra strapping as mine did you will be able to shave another quarter pound off of your bagDid you just rough fit it then strip down straps?

I filled it to absolute max capacity, put an elk skull under the top lid so the pack was loaded as full as I would ever possibly have it then I cut all the straps. I left enough that I could get a grip on the strap to tighten them. I also cut out the snow collar.Send pictures! I still havent seen it.

Shoulda bought an ultra an saved your money for a better bike ;) :chuckle:Lol yeah a bike is on the lower part of my priority list. A good pack I feel is essential to the outdoors, lots of valuable equipment, id hate to have a pack fail while so many miles out.

Packs are pretty over built, but its a confidence thing which i understand.....but trust me...going from a cheap bike to a built one is a game changer...

Yeah the ones were getting right now are just gonna be to get us started, see what we like, if we even like it. Then im sure well go overboard and spend entirely to much money on some good ones "like we do for everything" lol. Id like to do some much deeper hunting then id normally be able to do from foot. I went with the 24" aluminum stays. PLENTY of lift for me @5'8" and the little bit of weight you save by going with the composite stays was really insignificant for me, especially with the price difference. The ability to slightly tweek aluminum stays is a nice option as well, incase they don't quite fit your back profile.:chuckle: I feel like her first pictures should have blood in them. I lucked out and one of my buddies pulled a spring bear tag so it salvaged my spring! I am crawling up the walls to chase some big game! I got the 26" aluminum stays, but I'm 6'1". The 24's should work great for you.
