Title: Ruger American in 243
Post by: 6haase6 on April 07, 2014, 08:04:04 PM: Got offered a ruger American in 243 for $250. Has three boxes down the pipe. Has a scope on it but he didn't say what scope. Good deal or not?

:yeah: But check the price of a new one, also. Those Ruger Americans are a great value, and are reasonably priced. The mounting system for the scope might make it a sweet deal, even if you don't like the scope. Plus the savings in Sales Tax, etc. over the cost of a new one! :tup:
