Going to apply for Montana moose as a non-resident, any tips? are there bonus points or a point system? and how does that work? and are there any costs, other than the $750 with the refundable 700$, and any idea when they draw and how long it takes to get your money back?

The only tip I have is you will not draw if you don't apply. There is a bonus point system in place it will cost you an extra $20 bucks for the point. They changed the system this year where you don't front the tag fees so you pay the nonrefundable $50 application fee and then the $20 bonus point fee. If you do your application online it will also cost a couple extra bucks as well. cant remember on the refund timeframe?
