Title: catchin up on the elk thread
Post by: blacktail luv on November 25, 2008, 07:05:52 PM
I havn't spent much time one the elk hunting part of this sight, because it's deer season almost for me and that is more exciting right now.  But I have time so i will post some pics of the elk that I have pictures of.  The one with my son in the back of my truck is from 07 he is a 5 by 4 that I called into 10 yards.  The one I am riding( yeah i know but i was 22 and didn't know about how to take good pictures) is my first bull I shot in 2001.  those horns got "lost" at the taxadermist.  He was a 300" 5by. nice bull and biggest to date.  The other one I have on here right now is from 2002 I think small 5 by but a bull non the less.  I also have pics of my raggy from this year, my son is pickin his nose.  Enjoy and I'll get around to downloading the rest one of these days after deer season.  All were bow kills, it's the only way to go for elk. :)

Nice bunch of Bulls!  Love looking at hunting pic's.

How in the world can a taxidermist just loose a set of antlers.  I know stuff happens but a set of Elk Antlers?  :bash:
