Title: New Bowfisher
Post by: Rudy on June 27, 2014, 07:05:30 AM
Hey Guys (and gals),

I just got into bowfishing, and as you all very well know, it is addicting.....I'M HOOKED!!  Went out last weekend and had the pleasure of meeting the president and vice president of the Washington Bowfishing Association (we were the ones in the old basstracker, my friend was the one in the cowboy hat).

My question for you all is, other than craigslist, what is another good local resource (I'm in the Tri Cities) to find some good quality used bows/bowfishing setups that won't break the bank?  Money is tight, but I would love to try to get into a nice starter bow to go whack some carp! (I'm about a 26.5 inch draw, right handed shooter).

Thanks everyone!

You might check the sportsmans warehouse. Sometimes they have some good deal on their close out bows.

I don't remember if ranch and home does a discount bow rack, but they deal in bow fishing gear. Most of the bows built for bowfishing are not to spendy. All 4 of my guide bows are mako's.
