I heard at the end of the late season last year that all of the know branched bulls were shot in this area. Didn't quite believe it, but this is the first legal bull I've got on camera this year. There were quite a few spikes last year here but, still haven't located them yet. :bash: They should be legal this year. This bull just showed up yesterday, so maybe more will follow.

Cool extra

Cool looking bull. Would be nice to see how he finishes growing.
-
Yea he should have a couple weeks of growth in him.
-
A good month worth of growth at least.
-
Oh wow! I thought it was only until about the middle of July. So he could potentially put on another 30 or so inches?
-
Looks to me like his tops will grow a bit... but nowhere near 30 inches. Mid july they will be done for the most part.
Cool bull and a good one for westside!
-
:yeah: he will not grow much more
-
Dag nabbit...I wanted my first elk to be a 300 class bull. :chuckle: He will do just fine though.
-
he has a cool extra point.good luck

Yeah, that weird point is kinda cool looking.. Pretty unique for a first bull! Now ya just gotta find him come hunting season! Should be no mistaking him though!
