Old Rider has been a good friend for many years. He was a giant of a greyhound and traveled all over the west with us. he was a retired racer and a winner at that, if he didn't crash he usually made it into the money. When he came to us he was fresh off the track and all muscled up, the first thing he did was climb up on the couch and claim it as his own. We had a genuine 40mph Couch Potato. At 13yrs old he shattered his front leg making a high speed turn in the yard.
Getting his approval of the coyote targets.

That sucks, AWS. Sorry you lost your bud.

Sounds like he had a good life and loving family. Terrible thing we can not have them in perfect health with us for all our lives. Sorry for your loss!

Sorry for your loss, AWS. It's never easy. You gave that dog a good life.

Sorry to hear. They don't live as long as we do--guess that's why they pack so much life into the time they have. :sry:
