Title: What is the lowest amount of points you have heard of an OIL tag winner?

He's been pretty lucky in the draws since then. I've also mounted a 190+ muley, a 390+ bull elk and a bison since I did his ram.

I believe that was in 1996!

That was the same year my sheep draw odds got 400% worse.
