Title: Everytown / Bloomberg - Making a Case for Guns
Post by: luvmystang67 on July 30, 2014, 11:27:33 AM: I haven't seen a post on here about this yet, so I thought I'd make one (unless I missed it).

I was a little worried about Bloomberg dumping 50 million into "common sense gun control legislation" until I saw their most recent ad. Watch it, have your wife watch it, she'll want a gun.

Think about it really, what if the aim of Everytown was successful and the bad guy didn't have a gun and they played this exact scenario over again... The guy breaks in, and the woman STILL wishes she had a gun (especially because they're portraying women as helpless and weak). Actually it could be a damned good Smith & Wesson commercial if you took the gun out of the guy's hand.

What morons... this is great.

Hopefully he'll keep spending billions on ads like that! :chuckle:

Not if she had a gun and was willing and able to use it. :tup:
