Easy answer for you. 1. He's not really your friend. 2. Deer hunting is fun and provides moderate amounts of meat. 3. The rules aren't at all complicated once you read them. 4. A good gun to start with is one that goes boom when the trigger is pulled. The bigger the boom the better some believe. 5. A basic area to hunt deer... That's a tough one.... Have you tried your local petting zoo???

7mm-08dat look like a nice gun i did go hunt long ago we got a whole pile of squrrels i think it was .22 gun they was fun and pretty tasty..only thing waz i got a little gross out cleaning then though.

Hunters-ed is a good place to start when you want to learn more about hunting.
also to hunt deer you have to have at least a .24 cal for Washington state and must have a center fire rifle. Good luck :tup:
