So this year is the first year I'm hunting modern and this is will be my wifes first year hunting. I am considering buying a two person blind for myself and my wife. I don't want anything super expensive or fancy. I just want something easy to set up in the dark and take down and something light to carry. I also dont want something cheap and flimsy either. In the past I have hunted from blinds and it always seemed we did not set the blind up right like missing a pole or couldn't get the blind down and put away correctly or a zipper would break :bash:. I figured I would ask on these forums and what everyone recommended for a 2 person blind :dunno:. And yes I know I could go with a natural blind but I can make a pop up blend in the brush very well. Thanks for the help.

Go to a store that has some set up so you can both get in and see what size is comfortable. Once you figure out a size, then it is easier to find a blind at the right price point for you. Window configuration is probably more important of a concern for an archer than a rifle hunter. I did see one once with magnetic strips to attach the screen part, I liked that since removal is nice and quiet, adds a lot of cost though and I haven't seen them around very often. Of course, look for one with a camo pattern that will blend in where you hunt the most. You might look at getting some sort of shooting stick since the windows can make it hard to support a gun high enough off your knees for steadying a shot.
