Scary stuff. Buddy just bought a CVA Buckhorn from Cabelas. 100 bucks after his coupon.

T7 seems a bit too fast for some of the cheaper guns...especially at maximum loads per the MFG.

"Hodgdon Powder Co. recommends that only two 50 grain equivalent Pyrodex or Triple Seven pellets MAXIMUM be used in .50 caliber inlines."

A key point from the article.  Most people don't know this.  Hodgdon's recommendation is for all ML rifles, irrespective of what the rifle manufacturer says.
