Title: What awful conditions this year in the south!
Post by: longstevo on December 09, 2008, 07:54:42 AM: Anyone else fighting terrible hunting conditions this year for the late muzzle season? Dry and warm weather, crunchy leaves, none of it is condusive for chasing bucks. I was hunting in a T shirt last week. And its December! I've only seen one small buck and a handful of does.

Anyone else having a hard time fighting the weather this year?

Post by: longstevo on December 10, 2008, 08:09:24 AM: Oh, I know. Its coming down to the wire. Although I live in Vancouver, I hunt near Mt. Adams, so the elevation will be a little higher. Hopefully in time for the very last weekend for blackpowder.
