I am pretty proud of how the skull turned out, it spent a while in a jar for water rotting (don't do it... ever :bdid:), but it stunk! so i buried it, and two months later it looks fantastic. I removed the beak sheath before the skull was buried, and reattached it after i cleaned it.

it has its faults, a few missing bones, the part of the jaw that attaches itself to the cranium is a separate piece and i forgot how they go back on, the beak sheath lost some color, and there's a little nick in the eye socket, but overall very good!

the feet, wings, and tail are preserved.

And yes, they ARE legal to posses(but not to sell), they have a hunting season for crying out loud!  :chuckle:
