Well after a long drought period, I was finally able to get it done. I have had opportunities, but just wasn't able to connect. Until yesterday. I watched this doe come in, little skiddish and on high alert. As I sat there looking at her, she was facing away not presenting a clean shot. I turned ever so slightly in the seat and she heard the sound of the fabric on the seat. She looked straight at me, I froze, hoping that I did t mess it up. After what seemed like an eternity, she presented me with a slightly quartering to shot. I went automatic, draw, level, pin release. WHACK!!! Arrow plowed through her and buried in the ground behind her. She ran 30 yards and piled up. What a thrill. I was shaking something fierce after the shot. :IBCOOL: I wanna say thanks again to a great person, and an even better friend. It was a pleasure being able to share this with him. Thanks again Seth!
