Post by: bowhunterforever on December 10, 2008, 10:21:34 PM
What do you guys think the whitetails will do before , during and after the snow  storm? Do you think they will move alot/migrate, feed alot or shut down completly? Just curious what ever body thinks they will do?

They'll feed more to stay warm and hunker down if it's windy

the day before it gets here will be awesome, and the day after it leaves.Usually in the middle of the storm, the deer just hole up

Just prior to the storm you should see some exaggerated activity.  During the storm I'd bet you won't find a deer moving, they typically hunker down.  When the storm breaks is when I'd be there, they'll be moving every where.

Some of the best hunting is right after a storm breaks, that is a good storm...
