I am gonna write a little story about my elk hunt in the elk forum, but wanted to test my photo posting skilz...as its been a while... Anyhow, thought Id just start with this.

hmmm... dont get that. the first pic is full sized from camera... the second is resized to about 800X600 via microsoft pic manager, then loaded to photobucket... yet it has the little scroll bars? WTF? I guess I'll just go with full sizers.

My dad got me that knife for Christmas and told me I woudn't need another knife to work an elk up... I thanked him and inside was chuckling... saying "yeah sure dad..."

Well, I cant BELIEVE how well that knife worked. With 7 blades, I gutted, quartered, removed backstraps, neck meat, tenderloin... cut skull off neck... boned almost entire elk...and skinned head... Whne the blades get dull... DO NOT fight it, just switch them out. Anyhow. I loved it. I will ALWAYS carry another knife... but that one is a damn good one!! Just make sure and have 3-5 blades min with ya.
