Title: Alaska moose hunt
Post by: higunner on September 18, 2014, 09:41:25 PM: My first Alaskan hunt. Bush flight 50 miles in. Very happy with this big boy, he measured 53 wide with four brow tine. My buddy got a 50 incher. We saw tons of critters. Excellent hunt. Can't wait to go back.

That's what I was going to ask. Getting the meat/antlers home has always been a major concern of mine. I've wanted to do blacktail/black bear hunts up there and have been nervous about it.
