Post by: Kc_Kracker on September 23, 2014, 11:21:23 AM: The answer is yes, brisket and egg on an onion bun for breakfast IS definitely off the hook :drool: I took sundays game day 10 lb brisket and slivered it on the meat slicer for Au Jus and sammiches, wow. look at that smoke ring :tup:
