It will be held in March. Nothing set yet but starting to make arrangements.
What kind of demos would you like to see? Give me some ideas and I will try to make it happen.

I have reserved the same room we had last year at the Grays Harbor Fairgrounds on Saturday March 21 for the event.
That is just East of Elma not far off the freeway at
 32 Elma McCleary Road
 Elma WA 98541

I would like to see an otter skinning demo. Also, it would be interesting to see some pictures of fur sheds that guys have.  Really looking forward to this season. Thanks Bruce.

Right now it looks like Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds in Elma. Nothing finalized yet though.

				Bruce,
As for Demo's ~ I would like to see: Pine Martin, Mink, Coyote, Badger and maybe even weasel.  Something else for a change.

Where might I ask do you expect me to come up with a badger for the west side.
Coyote, you will have to supply one. :hunter: Then I could put that on the schedule
Martin is a tough one too but I have been wanting to see that too. Anybody trapping any martin on the west side?
-
Come on Bruce, your the man that talks everybody into doing demo's.  I know you can talk some trapper from the eastside to come over and talk how to catch badger........ :stirthepot:

And for coyotes, I know we have some good coyote trappers over here on the west side and I'm pretty sure you can talk one into doing a demo.  I'll go out and call / shot  :bfg: one up for you

				Bruce,

Do you think you could get someone to talk about making our own lures?
-
Something else I just thought of. Would it be possible to have our lobbyist or maybe a political type speak about our strategy for keeping our trapping rights (or getting the old ones back)?

-
Hank I will see what I can do about the lure making.

As far as the lobbyist he is through the Hunters Heritage council and is paid. It would cost us quite a bit to have him talk. I am not going to spend that kind of money. I could talk about what we are doing along with my opening remarks.
