Thinking on getting a new bow this winter and have been looking hard at the Diamond Ice Man. Have shot my buddies Diamond Marquis and can see that Diamond makes a nice bow and am intrigues by the new Ice Man. if anyone has any first hand info I would appreciate it. Also, what is the weight of this bow? Can not find the weight of this bow listed on their website.

I think I heard that Diamond as well as Bowtech do not publish weight specs anymore, I would make sure to shoot the Black Ice before you buy anything else.

The Ice Man is a nice bow. I shot one here last week for the first time and it's very smooth to shoot. The draw cycle is a little stiff, but after you get it back and from that point on it's nice to shoot. Anyways, I will have a cd on the new bow specs and what not here in a week or so I am guessing and I'll give you all the information I can to help you out.

Shot one last night and put in an order. Its a little stiff to draw but it doesnt have much hand shock and very little vibration. I shot the captain and it was a great bow to but was too stiff for me, and the new hoyt's/mattews and they where realy stiff to draw for a 60lb bow.

The iceman seemed lighter than the captain which was strange because they are nearly identical with the exception of the solocam. Sweet bow though.
