Just want to get pumped up for modern. Want to see or hear your story.We started hunting the clockum in 1993 archery and the season opened in october either sex. the week before the opener I ran a broadhead through my hand, all stiched up we were off to elk camp. Fast forward 21 years to this year we were ready for the opener. I hiked to my honey hole and got set up. It was barley breaking light and I could hear elk coming right to me through the windfall. I could see boddies stepping out, 5 cows and a spike were standing at 25 yards the spike is picture perfect broadside. I drew and let her fly,he ran 40 yards and tipped over. I looked down at my watch and it was 6:13am hunt over. Good luck on your hunt
