Nice. Who was the Taxidermist, if you want to divulge it ?

You wouldn't want that mount that close to the dartboard if I was the one playing darts. :chuckle: Nice cat!

:chuckle: :chuckle: I was kinda worried about it being that close but that dart board doesn't get used much any more.

The cat isn't too big but a nice cat around 100 lbs give or take. I just put out deer scraps from a couple deer we shot and put a trail cam on it. Went back the next day to check the cam and all the stuff was buried and the cam had couple hundred pics of the cat on it. So I went back the next evening and waited a couple hundred yards away from the scraps and right at last light I caught movement up on the hill and sure enough it was the cat coming back for another bite and coming in cautious. Soon as the cat got of the hill and onto the flat area the scraps were on I took a chest shot and the cat jumped up hit the ground running. So I wasn't sure it I made a fatal hit or nicked him or what, so me and my buddy waited about an hour to go look for blood or hair or something but didn't find either. After looking around for a while and finding nothing I decided I would come back in the morning and continue the search. Sure enough when I arrived back in the morning it didn't take me long to find the cat, it just piled up/ crawled under some buck brush and only the tail was sticking out from under it. She only went about 40 or 50 yards before dieing.

He did do a fabulous job. Nice details and the rug is all even around the edges.
