Title: How big?
Post by: mdbuck5x5 on November 01, 2014, 06:39:51 PM: I know its just a track but I'm not a big time bear hunter so do you guys think this is a big bear? Just curious if I should take my time trying to find him and drop him. Hes in an area where I think I'd have a decent chance.

My vote is for better than average bear.

Post by: mdbuck5x5 on November 01, 2014, 06:49:58 PM: My best guess is that track was made the night before because it snowed that night and I took the pic the next morning so shouldn't be much of any melting.

I thought that at first also but after I saw some of the other tracks it's definitely not. That is just his back foot. He walked about 40 yds down the road so I got a good look at them.
