Who use's one. I'm looking in to a mighty atom 21, wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with these products?
I'm definitely thinking I need a new Ecaller. So if you have any suggestions id love to hear those as well. I'm currently using a turbo dawg and starting to hate the sound quality.
thanks

I've had a couple WT's.
The sound quality is excellent. Scary.
The construction is average. The company behind it is inconsistent.
They're not programmable. Vigorously so. It's a peeve of Bill's to use other sounds. I produce "other sounds" so I don't recommend them to anyone because they can't install my sounds on them.
The CS24 series of FoxPro are competitive in sound quality and are programmable. The other new high-end callers (shockwave, double trouble, etc.) on the market are competitive too. (The turbo dawg isn't in that category, it's a budget caller.)

Ya this turbo dawg is crap. Its called in coyote but it surprises me when it does anymore. I do make my own sounds as well so that is a downer about the wt's
-
I make my own sounds too and it's pretty simple to get them on the CS24B
-
Yeah, Bill pitches a huge hissy, "Why do you want other sounds? My sounds are the best! Nobody makes good sounds but me! ...." Kinda hilarious.
-
I'd like to get your calling package for cougar Steve. But I'm anti PayPal. Are your sounds mp3?
-
At has killer sounds. I'm into Foxpro's I have a Fury with Stevens sounds and a shockwave.
-
I wouldn't buy one just because of BILL, he's a pure and simple Rear part of a donkey going away. Way over priced and nothing a Foxpro can't do.
Do I sound bitter for him yes he's a *********

Thanks guys. I'm in the market for a CS24
-
Like my Fury and shockwave a lot. Didn't like the CS24 but it had problems. Fusion is a very good caller. Rick
-
I have both a foxpro and a WT Mighy Atom. Both have there strong points, but if I had to lean one way I would get a FoxPro.
-
Rick what problems did you have with the cs24
-
Tinny sound and switched sounds on me. I got one of the first ones. There much better now. I had a bear coming in good at usk. Then it switched to on of the Howls. Has a way better remote now to. Love my Fury Have Rainshadows sounds are as good or better as WT. my shockwave has the porkypine distress like it. The new young deer distress is great to. Rick

how does your shock wave compare. I want a call that sounds good! I want to be able to push play and someone says there's a coyote or whatever over there, not think there's a coyote hunter over there. I sure wish I could hear some of these calls in person

I asked steve Dillon what to get next he said for sound the Shockwave. I love the sound very clear. Rick ;)

. I don't think my computer speakers will do any sound justice lol. Even my turbo dawg sounds better :chuckle: thank you tho!

I have a CS24 Krakatoa. No complaints. It's an upgrade from everything I've had before programmable, and it's on par with the WT's for quality.
I like the CS24 toa speaker calls. I've been recommending the hellfire for cougar calling. They're tougher and still produce good sound at volume.
I haven't hunted over a shockwave, so I can't speak definitively, but the features and gee-gahs make it so complicated, and it's like carrying a boom box.
-
Thanks again ill look in to the hell fire. Still think that cs24 is going to be the ticket.
-
The CS 24 is one of my favorite FoxPro callers it was my goto caller for years and still gets my attention alot even though i have a shockwave. I have a couple here at the house if your ever in Connell or tricity area get ahold of me and ill demo a caller for you . Jerry .

The CS 24 is a favorite. It was also my "go to" caller. Durable, loud and light to pack around. Great remote.
Been using the Shockwave the majority of the time since getting it and like it a lot. I like being able to point the speakers in different directions. Sound is very clear with good volume. Run time is good. Remote is a bit of a battery eater but not a deal breaker.
Sound quality of the WT can't be denied. Sounds like things haven't changed much with the "company" though. Lol!
Good calling!
-
I have the 21. It has a ton of sounds on them....but it's overpriced for what it is. That being said, I have killed a lot of coyotes with it. Your call....just my :twocents:
-
Thanks again for all the input! I'm still a little indecisive but leaning towards the FoxPro. I like making my own sounds and the ones I've made always seem more productive.
