Post by: Hoytstaffshooter83 on December 25, 2008, 12:06:59 PM: you have to be a member of wsaa then shoot at a shop that qualifies to score the mail in, its a 6 week shoot.... you shoot a scoring round a week and that is verified by 2 witnesess then it is sent it and after the 6 weeks you find out who wins what
