If you could only hunt one day a year which date would you choose?also which type of deer you'd be after.

for me Nov 18th. I've killed and seen the biggest bucks of my life on Nov 18th. Every year weather hunting deer or not I see a great buck on Nov 18th
 whitetail
-
				November 20th.

-
				Halloween

-
OK, I'll take the 19th, If we can each pick our own day, the woods won't be so crowded.  :chuckle:

-
November 8th, mule deer or blacktail.

I edited my op  which type deer are you after. For me its whitetail.

-
Halloween for blacktail.  If I could pick a day regardless of the seasons it would be November 7th.

-
Mule deer, My special day would be Nov 18,19,20

Nov 18th!  Why, see my Before and After post on this thread!!!  Actually, more deer are shot in my area during the dates 16-19 than the whole rest of the season.   Those whitetail buck really do get crazy for a short period of time.  Gotta be hard at it during those precious few days.

Another vote for blacktail on October 31st. Or whitetail on November 17th.

-
				Mule deer around Nov 20th

-
Nov 20th or 25th its a toss up but I would have to lean towards the 20th

-
Any day in early November for blacktail.

-
November 20th sounds about as good as any for Mule Deer. Anything mid-Nov I'd take.

-
November 20th for mule deer, Halloween for bt

Any day? (Yes I realize this is before the season opens) but you did say any day. I would pick Aug 8. A big Muley in velvet works for me.   Traditional season would be a Turkey day Whitey.

				November 20th.

 Whitetail on November 20th

 Elk on September 20th
