If packing warm meat I just throw the game bags in the main compartment and put the stuff I don't want bloody in the dry bag.

i have a mystery ranch and just put the meat either into game bags and in the main pack or just directly into the main pack!

Make sure the bloody pack gets put in the Subaru or Prius as well, so that it might leak a little.

Stone Glacier put up some charts that shows how loading a pack does for weight distribution. I think you want to keep it as close to the frame as possible. Whether in the compartment or not, the important thing is to lock it down close to the frame.

Quick, clean, and packs with the weight close to your body. IDK if kifaru is like this but KUIU and EXO are.

Game bags and throw it right in the pack. Blood stains just make packs cooler. And with a DT1 the pack comes off the frame. Throw it in the tub with some woolite and it cleans right upi throw my whole pack frame and all in and swish it around hot soapy water after spraying it out with the water hose. Wprks great.

same, but tamarack needles plugged the drain last time. I need to do a better job spraying it out outside first. :chuckle:
