Title: New Years Parties
Post by: Bean Counter on December 31, 2014, 03:26:00 PM: Anyone else hosting? We're cooking for 9-10 adults. We're making elk chili and BBQ ribs. 4 hours in the oven low and slow, and a few minutes on the grill to caramelize the sauce. :drool:
