am looking for a 9 for my daughter. probably a revolver for carry cuz she cant cock a semi. are there any under a pound? do they make the sp101 in 9? mike w

The sp101 is a beautiful revolver. Smaller frame then the gp 100. It holds 5 rounds in 38 specials. Not sure if it comes in a 9 though.
They do have the lcr9 which is a nice little compact easy to handle revolver.

sp101 in 9=$$$$$$

I know you want a 9mm, but check this out. My wife feels very confident with hers. You don't even need to work the slide.

wish they made the 3032 in 9 mm or 40. mike w

My wife has hijacked my 442.
Is there anything wrong with .38 SPl?
Think of it as 9mm long.....
-
38 spl will be my daughters first pistol. Better yet a 357mag and let her learn with 38spl rounds.

another .38 S&W 442 no hammer 15oz
Taurus has a 9mm revolver M905, but they weigh 22oz
-
Ruger now makes an LCR in 9mm.

Some food for thought from the Cornered Cat site that may help.
