Title: Choc lab puppy?
Post by: becker on February 05, 2015, 08:58:52 PM: In the market for a choc lab, I'd like to know it came from healthy hunting lines.

I live in Snohomish WA, but I'm either in the Coulee City area, or Spokane area on weekends so really anywhere across the state.

This is the breeder I've bought three from. I also second that Lee at Wind River is a top notch breeder.

I talked to Alice earlier this week and she told me they'll be doing a chocolate x chocolate lab breeding sometime soon. Call her or Doug for detail if you're interested.

My next GWP is coming from one of their recent breedings.

I have a female out of his bloodlines and she is a great family dog and a darn good hunter. She hunts upland well and does the job with ducks and geese too. There are a number of members on here with pups from him as well. It looks like he has a number of litters coming this spring.

Many of the others mentioned are well represented on this site Lee at WRL was very helpful to talk with eventhough I ended up with a different breeder. Everything just fell into placew and ended up going with IF. I am in Lake Stevens if you ever want to take a look at her or want pics. Goldeneye's dog is REAL easy to look at too :drool: and sounds like a great bird dog.
