Title: Half-body Black Bear Wall Mount
Post by: AntlerHound on February 09, 2015, 08:25:06 PM: Got a bear this last fall. The taxidermist I am using uses a tannery that takes a little longer than normal... I am having a half-body wall mount (mouth closed) done. I think? Was wanting to see if anyone might have something like that they could post up?

Post by: mossyoak arrow slinger on February 09, 2015, 08:51:50 PM: Shot him with my bow about six years ago. Not the biggest but a special moment in my hunting career so I had to do something. I do like the looks of these mounts however.

i think mine was about $1400..i was just gonna get a head mount done because of the price but the one i got is kinda rare so momma said to get the 1/2 mount done and have never regretted it...those ones with the claws out and teeth barred are cool but i opted for mine with the mouth slightly open because that was how i shot him.
