Tonight was one of those evenings where watching the light change and moon come up were very relaxing.

Ahhhhhh. Thank you for that. Reminds you how lucky we are to enjoy that. Quick reality check.

:yeah:

Hopefully heading up to the top of that hill in front of the mountain this evening with my portable grill and a nice fat t-bone for dinner to sit and see what I can come up with. Moonrise will be later so not sure on the lighting to get both without filters or Photoshop.
-
Yeah. Let's see that mountain without the clear cut hill in the foreground.
-
Very nice!
-
That looks like hancock in the foreground you must live not far from me. Great pic
-
I used to live off of 278th north of Kapowsin and had a view like that from our deck too.....
-
That view is from right in Eatonville. Was up in Hancock tonight for the moonrise with the wife, no t-bones, got Subway on the way up. Think I got some good pictures, will get to them later. Did set up the cell phone for an hour or so long time lapse before sunset and the moonrise. Just need to figure out how to get it on here.

Every time I drive to rock creek the mountain just blows me away.
-
Right off of Orville here 312th St. I can walk to Hancock.
-
We used to go up Scott Turner Rd and up to Weyerhaeuser and sit on a knob with a 360 degree view. Have beers and enjoy the views, until they gated it all off.
-
Looks like we are all neighbors. lol

Indeed, but I moved 14 years ago...couldn't stand the people, traffic, rudeness etc. My friends were great though. I miss the food....
-
Still neighbors CampMeat when I come over to my brother in law's up above you near Bodie Mtn.

Love to look at the mountain. Climbed it a few years ago and it looks even better after being to the top to see the opposite view. Love to just look at it and think of the accomplishment.

I have a good idea....I know the ranchers that own all of the land from Marias Creek all the way to Cougar Creek.

This one was from my back patio in Puyallup/Graham.
My wife would say "the mountain is out today"!
