CO allocates its tags to go to the hunters with most points so you can pretty much predict what year you will draw. The outfitter I was going to go with was already booked up for 2015 so I am going to wait until next year.

I'm thinking you're very correct on the point creep, I think there will be a lot of disappointed people who just knew they would draw that deer tag.
