My son-in-law got his first turkey and his first archery kill. The big toms wouldn't stop as they walked by the ground blind from the roost, they strutted for the decoy but wanted to get to their strutting area. I would hit the mouth call and they would stop gobble and walk. :bash: Then a group of jakes came in. He hit that bird with a NAP Gobbler Getter, it flopped twice and was done. I caught my first tom as he was heading up to roost and my second one was yesterday the bigger one. I set up in the morning and watched them come off the roost. One big tom, 8 jakes and 5 hens. I called one hen over and she yelped and cut in front of my decoy and walked by at 10 ft yelping the whole way. I said game on, well turkey isn't a slam dunk. He followed a different hen. I ended moving in front of him and game him a face full of #6's.
