Hello all! I am looking for some help and/or information on a taxidermy company named Cascade Taxidermy. In 2013 I shot a big black tail and took my deer to this taxidermist. I called a few times to get updates on my deer and I called today only to find that the phone number is no longer in use and you cannot e-mail the company any longer. Has anyone hear from Nathan with Cascade Taxidermy? or used this company?

Check the taxidermy forum board here for multiple, similar threads with similar questions unfortunately.

Everything you saw in the shop is still there... just rottening away. There has to be more people out there that has no idea whats going on or no what to do now! Its the memories with the mounts I want back

Not sure how successful it would be but if I were in your boat I would ask the police to meet me at the shop to recover my property and then take the guy to small claims court to recover any payments I made.

I had a mule deer done by him a few years back. It took multiple calls to get the deer finished. When I got it you could tell he didn't take care of the cape as the hair was falling out in spots and stitching was showing. He said i must have let it get warm for too long. I shot that buck during the Okanogan late archery season and the high's never got above freezing. Stay away from Cascade.

Hopefully some get their stuff back in good enough shape to take it elsewhere.
Bummer for sure.
