Went hunting with two of my buddies today in Ferndale. Had a small flock of wigeon fly by and I whacked this one out of the flock. I've shot alot of wigeon, but never a Eurasian Wigeon. Pretty neat. I might have this one stuffed.

ive never seen one but thats a good call on getting it mounted. Pretty rare from what ive heard

That is a Eurasian Widgeon.... we get them every once in awhile here.... get him mounted!

Get that thing stuffed, you may regret it later on. I have been wanting one of those forever. Widgeon are my favorite duck to shoot and the European widgeon are a true trophy.

Their a nice trophy to get. We shot one last week. My buddy wanted it, so I think he is going to stuff it. We shoot a few each year.

Nice eurasian wigeon. They are not very common. You'd be crazy not to have it mounted. Here is one that I did for Skybusterbo last year.

Ditto on the type of widgeon! I would mount it..we saw them out in Padilla bay last week. Beautiful birds.
