Title: Local source for hi-temp cheese?
Post by: billythekidrock on June 30, 2015, 08:45:41 PM
I know this is a long shot but does anyone know of a local source for hi-temp cheese? I am helping someone make sausage this weekend and would like to add some cheddar or mozzarella or both.

I would check with Stewart's or Johnson's meats if you cannot find it in a store. If you or somebody you know has Amazon prime you could have it in a couple of days.

On the east side, Michlitch's carries it and I believe will mail order also.  (Spokane Spice Company)
